In this digital era, filmmaking, according to Lav Diaz, is emancipated. More and more films are being made each year. Apart from feature films, many short films are produced each year by new faces competing fiercely with those who have already made a few.
To showcase short films, BCCK has started a short film festival to give opportunity to these short film makers to present their films in front of an audience.
