1. Membership:

a) Any person above the age of 18 (eighteen) who shall subscribe in writing to the Memorandum of Association and Rules of the club which may be in force at the time application for membership or at any other subsequent time shall be eligible to be a member of the society. b) Subjects to other Articles the Executive Committee of the society shall prepare a proforma for the purpose of application for admission to the club and will have the authority to make necessary alteration in them as and when necessary. c) Regarding admission to membership the decision of the Executive Committee will be final and in case of any dispute in this respect the decision of the requisite quorom will be accepted to give effect to new membership and termination of old membership. Admission From must be signed for recommendation by Joint Secretaries. Executive Committe reserves the right to reject the application of any person and shall be under no obligation to state any reason for the rejection of any application for membership.

2. Ordinary Individual Member:

The admission fee for ordinary membership shall be Rs. 10/- . The membership subscription for an ordinary individual member shall be Rs. 200/- per annum or as fixed by the Annual General Meeting from time to time.

3. Termination of Membership:

A member of the Executive Commitee shall lose membership if :
a) He / She resigned by a letter addressed to the General Secretary. b) He / She absents himself / herself from three consecutive meetings of the Executive Committee without any leave or without resonable grounds. c) He / She is convicted of any offence in connection with the formation, promotion, management or conduct of affairs of a society or a body corporate or of any offence involving moral turpitude.
